was without this for one month and really noticed the difference not taking the vit c. I got a bad cold, sore throat and somewhat constipated from not taking the vit c 1000mg caps. Taking vit C 1000mg caps is very good for preventing colds and good for regular bowel movments

Can't imagine not taking this. I've taken for so many years. What I like most about these is the 1000mgs and they are capsules which are easier on my stomach.
