The Calcium Citrate is supposed to be easily absorbed. This product also has magnesium. I did have one capsule that was cracked and spread throughout the bottle. But I'm sure that's an exception.

Easy to swallow, but only half the size

I switched to caps from tablets because the tablets got stuck in my throat. The Vcaps swallow without trouble but to my surprise they are only half the size so be sure to order twice as much.
