Very bummed!!!! they changed this to cassia. My liver couldn't handle cassia, so I had found Now cinnamon (ceylon), which I could then handle very well - used for PCOS and insulin resistance. Now I've got to hunt for another ceylon cinnamon product.

be careful this are not capsules of 1600 mg like it says here, if you look at the bottle closely this are just 600 mg capsules...what a waist of time..now I have to wait for a return..
