I've used D-Mannose for the last 2 yrs. to prevent urinary tract infections after my M.D. recommended it instead of antibiotics. This product works well and is affordable.

Easy to use, and no excipient ingredients, but no assay

Keep in mind that it is a highly processed product made in a manufacturing plant. Rating would be higher if label contained assay to reveal its purity.
