First 2 months: I don't really feel any boost of energy. Anyway box is enough for 8 months and price is OK. I can swallow the pills easily but they are rather big. I like the dosage under 100% Edit: after 6 months use took blod test at doctor's and everything was very well. Thinking that it was after polar night season and much strress from work, I think these vitamins help to maintain and feel good. Changing the rating to 5.

It's a very efficient multivitamin. Since I begin using this, I never got flu.

I can't believe a pill can smell so bad. It's also too chalky so when you cut it in half you get of a lot of powder from it.The label on the bottle I got is different than the one on the photo and the listed ingredients are different.(check vitamin A). If you take vitamin A as retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate you shouldn't take more than 3000 units. In one study, women consuming more than 6,660 IU daily of vitamin A as retinol in food or supplements (the daily recommendation for adult women is 2,310 IU) were found to have twice the hip fracture risk compared to those consuming 1,700 IU daily or less. Men with the highest blood levels of retinol are seven times more likely to fracture a hip than men with lower levels. There is evidence that older individuals have higher blood levels of vitamin A because of a reduced ability to metabolize vitamin A as efficiently as one ages. Also, vitamin B-12 should be in the form of methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin.

I do not know how it affects on my body, but it is a good deal. The pilll size is big, so it is hard to swallow for young ppl. Also, the smell of pill is kind of strong.
Good vitamins, cheap but not so strong
