Horrible, made my pain and sciatica worse

I have spinal arthritis and some sciatic pain so I wanted to get a jump on things so I got this. After 1 capsule the pain in my hips was so bad I could barely move but even worse was it felt like the nerve in my leg had an electrical charge in it. I stopped them, maybe it was a fluke and a few weeks later tried again. Same thing. Not good for me.
