Glucosamine sulfate is reputed to be better than glucosamine HCl. These are high-potency, high quality tablets at a good price.

This is a wonderful product - my knee doesn't 'click' anymore and am able to work out more regularly because the knee doesn't get so painful that it's debilitating.
