I am one of those people who usually will get a side effect if there is one and that has been true with this product. I bought it for arhythmias and it seemed to make the problem worse. I am going to wait awhile and try it again later on.

I have taken this product for a couple of months now. My blood pressure is in the 150-190 over 80-100 range. I have not noticed any great difference after starting to take these, unfortunately. I will still continue the batch that I have here at home and will let you know in an update if something should change.

I used this product for a month and did not see any difference in my bp. I was taking between 4-6 capsules daily.
