Great way to get omega oils

I've been using this for about a year now. It's a good way to get your omega oils without dealing with "fish gas" or similar side effects. The capsules will stick together easily (hence 4 stars), so watch your storage conditions! I've also been warned to cut back on this as a possible contributor to nosebleeds (thin blood) so check with your care provider/health adviser for dosage.

Very little of this converts to Omega-3 EPA and DHA

I think a high quality fish oil product such as NOW Ultra Omega-3 offers much better cardiovascular protection. Only a very small percentage of the FLAX OIL converts to EPA and DHA. I have tried it because some people claims it suppresses appetite. It didn't do that for me at all.
