Sometimes these capsules do what they say, but other times they don't seem to do much. Maybe with longer use I'll see something more consistent.

For reducing fluid retention

Though this herb is usually used for varicose veins, I ordered it to use in conjunction with some other detoxifying herbs to reduce excess lymph fluid I retained after cancer surgery and the removal of 2 of my lymph nodes. It has had modest effectiveness after only 2 days. I have not noticed any change to my varicose veins though. I am giving the herbs more time to work since I've only been using them for 1 month.
