Been taking this from after having Candida overgrowth, and it has been working great. My intestines don't feel like a sieve anymore to the food I eat. I take 1 every night.

The glutamine is fast dissolving and seems to have an impact on my recovery time, the only downside is that its only 120 caps and taking 10 caps a day only lasts for 12 days...

I require amino-acid supplements due to CFS. It's too early to tell just how beneficial this is but for sure I have not noted any adverse affects from taking it. I am doubling my intake to see if that is helpful. This is a great deal as the bottle is huge and it's 1000 mg.
