My cat used to have chronic sinus/allergy problems. I'd eventually had to take her to the vet and they'd put her on antibiotics. I'd visited iHerb to see what could be done for her and decided on the L-Lysine Powder as a possible solution. Since adding this to her food twice daily, she's had fewer sinus problems. I also add a tiny bit of Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to her water. Occasionally she'll have a bit of a sniffle but it goes away within a day or two. Thanks iHerb, for having customer reviews and great prices on products and shipping!

I used to buy L-Lysine by capsules in mili-gram. Now Foods L-Lysine is ideal. 454 grams is 454,000 mili-gram not only ample supply but also easy to ingest, by placing quarter or half tea spoon on the tongue and drink some water. I broke those capsules any way; now I don't need to deal with capsules at all.
