Cheap but effective

From Ry: Although inexpensive, this zinc works well. I am not prone to flu and colds anyway due to the attention attributed to my diet, plus supplements. Nevertheless, on rare occasion the beginning symptoms, e.g., scratchy throat, slight headache, would appear, but disappear by the next day or so. Since using this zinc for two winters now, no symptoms have appeared at all; and I frequently go outside in freezing and snowy weather without proper attire. Agree, not too smart, but like to see how far I can push it without consequence.

Zinc supplements often make me feel sick but this one made me vomit. Never again.

I take it every day, and I notice my skin has improved. I like that it has copper too for easy absorption.

SUPPORT FOR RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

I use a small amount of Zinc supplement to help with my RA stiffness and pain in both my wrists. Zinc supplements help the body activate omega-3 fatty acids which in turn elevates stiffness and pain. A good additional choice would be to add more omega-3 fatty acids to your diet and or use fish or flaxseed oil supplements. This supplement alone is only one part of relieving pain from RA so see my other reviews on: Doctor’s Best “Curcumin C3 Complex”, Now “Pantothenic Acid”, and Now “EGCg-Green Tea”.
