I love Now Foods 1000 mg capsules and have taken them for years. I thought I could make it easier and take the 1500 mg ones but it's just too big for me. I usually don't have a huge problem with tablets vs. capsules but these pills are pretty big. And I just hate taking them. And even have to rearrange my pills in my vitmin box cause they are kind of big. I rather just take one extra 1000 a day to get my 3000 mg dosage. I also feel like I get better results when I take them consistently throughout the day as opposed to 2 big doses.
