Not the best forms of magnesium
Posted by vitality on Jan 02, 2014
Magnesium oxide is not a very absorbable form - better to choose Mag glycinate or citrate. It's not how much you take that matters but how much you absorb.

The product was bought for my mother, who suffers from cramps in the legs, and it prevents the cramps in the legs. Great packaging - contains 180 capsules, enough for quite a while.
Still trying to see if these make a difference

Magnesium Caps 400 mg
Posted by Reviewer2210519 on Aug 10, 2013
I need magnesium and this way, in caps makes it easier to swallow. 400 mg is the least most everybody needs - I take 2 at night to make sure I get enough. Its a good help for my jumping legs.
