Most of us are deficient in magnesium. I read about magnesium citrate in "The Magnesium Miracle", by Dr. Carolyn Dean. Magnesium oil is more easily absorbed by the body, but this product is not as messy.

Effective and economical

I bought these at the same time I was using Now Foods Magnesium Citrate powder, because these were more convenient when travelling. However, in general I prefer the same product in powder form. I'd give this five stars if there were no magnesium stearate as a filler.
