This one has fishy taste and that's a sing of low quality fish oil.

Made me gassy and upset my stomach for hours so I threw them away after the first use. The only reason I didn't give it just 1 star is because this is the second time I have taken a fish oil supplement with the same reaction so perhaps i'm sensitive to the oxidation that happens once the oil is in the body.

This is a good deal for omega-3. I however seem to have a problem with fish oil in general as this one and Whole Omega by New Chapter made me really groggy all day. I did call the company about something and found them to be really helpful and knowledgable.
