No longer gluten-free per label and Now allergen list

The enzymes work well digesting food, although you'll probably need a few pills. However I had a UTI (including prostate infection) while on them, caused originally by something else, and the UTI did not clear up even with multiple antibiotics till these enzymes were stopped! The product was also formerly 100% gluten-free, but apparently no longer. I suggest pancreatin instead.
