I have terrible leg cramps and I have a Thyroid condition, this product helps both, the potassium keeps my legs from cramping and the iodine keeps me from craving salt. Great product, I am so grateful I found it.

Very strong, make sure you take these with food. I got painful stomach aches from taking them alone on an empty stomach.
