A miracle product!
Posted by HonestReviewsHere on Jun 16, 2013
I previously used the one made by Source Naturals but stopped using their products when I found out they use sorbitol, an artificial sweetener in lots of their supplements and this is as good. I apparently don't get enough fiber in my diet and needed something to bulk up my movements and this gets the job done. Acknowledge that this isn't a laxative that makes you rush to the bathroom, you still go in your own body's time. If you're a new customer, feel free to go to my name above to find out how to instantly save several bucks on this miraculous fiber.

Psyllium husk is really a good source of fiber. Keeps me regular and my gut feeling well.

Great for dogs

This stuff works great for keeping my dogs' poop a little more solid when they get diarrhea. The powder works well to just throw in with their wet food. I use about 1/8 tsp for each dog (they're 60-75 lbs).

I don't really know how to rate psyllium husk. But it's good for gluten free baking and for digestion. Flavorless, so easy to add to juices.
dries our the batter

Add extra fluids when using this, the husk powder dries out your batter. But great product, thumbs up!
