It's better to order dry nuts. It's so tasty and full of vitamins and other good things. It's also great to bace same cakes with it.

I use these almonds to make my own almond milk..This saves a lot of money, compared to buying almond milk from the store...Also, you determine the quality because you're making the milk yourself...Almonds are the only nuts that do not cause an acidic reaction in the body...Thanks to NOW for making almonds more affordable, and to iherb to making them accessible!

Most "raw" almonds available are very dry, hard, and chalky. These have the moist, soft texture I always seek but very rarely find. My guess is that it a result of the pasteurization process, perhaps low-temp, longer time (more expensive process) vs. high-temp, shorter time (cheaper process), just like with milk. Great product; will purchase again.
