Purchased at iHerb

I've been making my own teas to support relaxation and combat anxiety, but this tea is tastier and more effective than the ones I've made, due to some special ingredients which aren't easily obtained (l-theanine for example). I can't recommend it enough. A good calm without sleepiness.
