Possibly tapioca pancakes never will bother my family. It is very tasty. It is a pity that I can't order a flour in big packing. I live on other continent. Excellent quality, good price.

it's tapioca flour!

i usually buy bob's red mill brand but thought i'd try this one out. i like the way the one from bob's taste but this worked just fine. i used it to bread cutup pieces of chicken and fry. i also use it in recipes to substitute the corn starch.
