Best in Powder Form

I'm pretty susceptible to aminos (I get migraines w/ arginine, e.g.) and like to take them individually when I can. I love the powders since I take enough supplement capsules as it is, and if I can get a supplement in liquid or powder form.. I'm in! I did find that I got rather tired after taking this even in the morning, so I take it before bedtime instead and include Theanine with it for a great night's sleep. Taurine is excellent for heart support and the main reason I take it.
Very good product.

The 8 ounces of taurine equals about 227 capsules of 1000 milligrams. Most taurine capsule products come 100 to a bottle, and specifically Now's container of 100 taurine capsules costs almost the same as this one. Now you can compare the cost of capsules to the cost of powder, which is tasteless and dissolves quite well in water. The powder seems like a good bargain to me!!

I use this to make my dog & cat's food. The powdered form over capsule form is very convenient.
