This product was easy to digest and the Vitamin C was easily absorbable without making my system too acid.

2 capsules a day relieved me of my bleeding gums and sensitivity from receding gums...also this is a corn free and non-synthetic vitamin c. I love that Now foods carries this and is so affordable too! Was buying Camu Camu berry at 29.99 for 8 ounces and it didnt work as well as this.

The real deal

From Ry: Vitamin C was the first vitamin to come into my life 20 years ago. I thought it was really C, not knowing that the synthetic C ascorbic acid probably derived from regular corn sugar or even petroleum! With no tangible results, I graduated to the mega dose crowd. Results came, but required 18,000 milligrams per day to tame an upcoming cold. For this, of course, Ester C ingested, otherwise no stomach lining would be left. The Alma berry provides the full complex of vitamin C for that synergistic benefit. Now when an eye becomes red for that unknown reason, for example, I take extra Tru-C because it contains rutin, which will be aided by all of its buddies. And I always look for vegetarian and non-GMO products. Tru-C definitely contributes to my immune system.
