This is an easy way to get the D-3 my allergist recommended for me - he actually said 2000 IU, but I get a good amount in my multiple and this provides the rest. Easy to swallow and a good value.

The Now versions of Vit D, 1000 iu, 2000 iu, 5000 iu, all absorb well and raise blood levels reliably. We've been very pleased with their quality.

I love NOW Foods Vitamin D-3. Great benefits! The round capsules are very small and easy to take. I've been using this prodcut for years and will continue to buy this.
