How do you rate a supplement?

Posted by Reviewer2067586 on Jul 02, 2013

My zinc levels went up, I can't feel much difference in my self, but it must mean that this is a good product and i keep buying it.

Restricted to Australia

Posted by Reviewer2177198 on Aug 22, 2015

So angry this very economical zinc pic is now restricted and can no longer be shipped to Australia!!! Other zinc pic brands on iherb aren't restricted. iherb can't give me a reason and NOW haven't answered my email about this matter. I found another U.S. website I use that will ship it, but their postage is much higher than iherb's. The restriction status on iherb is a mystery.

For the skin

Posted by Reviewer2869923 on Jan 02, 2014

I ordered this for my overall skin condition. I already have very good skin and don't see a difference. But, I do have the idea that if I have a blemmish where ever on my body, it heals better when I take the zinc.

I bought this to help my bumpy skin, after reading that zinc would help acne, but haven't noticed anything yet, will keep eating the whole bottle and we'll see..
