These were acceptable. I've had better. Some gritty, sand like seeds in it.

If you're in a diet, this is very good for you. I take it every morning, I feel full for long hours. بذور الشيا مره ممتازه للرجيم ، اخذها كل صباح مع الفطور ،مااشعر بالجوع لمدة طويله غير فوائدها المذكورة

Makes really "strong" gel when soaked and tastes more than seeds I have used before.

Earthy and healthy taste. Not a culinary treat, but I trust in the healthy ingredients and they are easily eaten on its own or incorporated in a dish. 5 stars on account of healthy ingredients and variety of usage in dishes.
