Chia seeds are a perfect food: They not only deliver omega-3s, they also absorb water to form a kind of "tapioca gel" that slows the digestion of carbohydrates and sugars. Chia turns fast-burning food into "slow" food (in terms of the effective glycemic index), making it the perfect superfood for anyone concerned about blood sugar. On top of that, chia delivers: (1) more PROTEIN than wheat, (2) better TASTE than flaxseed, (3) zinc, magnesium, calcium and other plant-based minerals, (4) niacin and folic acid, (5) antioxidants, (6) fiber. Plus, ground chia has a long shelf life compared to ground flax (which oxidizes quickly). You can add chia to soups, salads, cereals, granola mixes, pasta sauces and even lasagna. It works in smoothies, pancake mixes, breads, beverages, scrambled eggs, chili and just about anything you can imagine. You don't even need heat to cook it. Just add water, let it soak, and you have a "chia gel" that you can use for all kinds of purposes. Do you know you can add a FREE SAMPLE to your order at http://goo.gl/rPJ9W

I leave to soak the seeds in water over night and the next day use to make the puddings. So rich in antioxidants and Ca which are so necessary for normal development and functioning of the musculoskeletal system of children, athletes, and also to prevent osteoporosis. Семена богаты антиоксидантами и особенно Кальцием, который так необходим для нормального развития и функционирования костно-мышечной системы у детей, спортсменов, для предотвращения остеопороза
