I used this to make liposomal vit c. Can't compare it to any others though as this is my first ascorbic acid.

I am using this Ascorbic Acid in line with some of Linus Pauling's work with Vitamin C. When vitamin C is used in conjunction with Amino Acids Lysine and Proline, it appears to have some useful effects in the treatment of arterial plaque. This is decent quality ascorbic acid at a super price.

Energetic

Vitamin C always gives me energy, so I will keep taking this. This is a great product, as it doesn't have any sources of soy. Do have your ferritin levels checked, if you have a high level of ferritin, taking vitamin C could become detrimental.
