I use it in the evenings if have a sore throat - by the morning I feel fine again. It works! Love the refreshing feeling afterwards - icy throat :) I just wish this spray wasn't so sweet

It's very easy to use it and has no bitter taste ot GSE. I expected more for curing a sore throat. But nevertheless it's an easy way to take GSE.
