Rewarded Review

I can't tell you anything about using these for human consumption. However, looking at the size, I feel most people would have no trouble swallowing them. I have swallowed larger tabs and caps. The bottle arrived safely sealed, well within the usable time frame, as one would expect from iHerb. 😊 This is an essential ingredient in the recipe I use for my cats raw chicken diet. 😺 I have been grinding cat food for almost 3 years now, for my 8 kitties, using 12 of these Vegicaps with every batch. Cats in the wild would eat an entire mouse, including glandular parts, but I am not feeding an entire mouse or chicken. This supplement adds glandular ingredients missing because I use chicken thighs and no glands. I just got 4 bottles at a sale price here at iHerb which makes me very happy. 😊 My previous source dried up, so looks like I'll be back at iHerb for more when I run low again. Thank you iHerb. In the event any of you reading this are also making cat food, I would mention this: I find the Vegicaps are "sturdier" than other vitamin or supplement capsules I use. In the beginning I opened the caps and emptied them into the liquid ingredients (mostly warm water). However it was a huge pain because the powder was difficult to extract from the capsules. Someone suggested just dumping the whole caps into the liquid and let them dissolve, but the capsules do not dissolve as fast as the other caps in this recipe. So now I open them and drop them into the warm liquid portion without emptying them. Saves frustration and time. This way they soak from the inside out as well as from the outside in! In 30 minutes they are soft enough that I can blend them into the warm liquid with a stick blender. Easy Peasy!
