This stuff is amazing. It`s the first time I tasted something like it. Got a flow of energy and just felt waked up. I workout 3 times a week and taking it 20 min before workout it really gets me up and motivated. Feels like it working about 5 hours straight with no crash at the end. The only down side is that its quite expencive - not much in the box.
