I like the taste of this quite a bit (I was a big "cookies n' cream" ice cream fan as a kid), especially because there's a hint of saltiness in the cookie 'bits'. My only regret is that I didn't look close enough at the ingredients before buying, and high fructose corn syrup is part of the cookie bits. It's a very small amount, judging by the very low sugar content per serving. And it didn't upset my stomach (I have fructose malabsorption, so I have to be careful with excess free fructose). Still, I wish they'd remove the HFCS and replace it with plain old sugar. Even better would be to replace the sucralose with stevia! All in all though, this is a tasty protein powder that is particularly great to have just before bed. It helps me sleep and helps me build muscle at the same time, without asking too much of my digestion.
