Optimum Nutrition is one of the leading suppliers when it comes to supplements. They have been known to be a bit pricy, however this Vita-Mineral supplement is one of the best there is available when it comes to content and price. Have a look at my nutrition section in my blog: andersbore.com

If you do not have time to do any research on vitamins, this is certainly one of the best supply you could buy. Sufficient for most people, a tiny bit overpriced, and common minuses such as low vitamin D, low vitamin K, et cetera. Therefore it provides that is must - zinc, selen, water-soluble vitamins, iodine, in a good reasonable form and amount. Do not be frighten by big numbers which exceed recommended daily intake -- it is fine. If you have any concers, just stick with simple rule: 2 months on supply, 1 month "clean". It will prevent all kind of troubles and let you see what is changing with your body.

I've taken 2 tablets everyday for abt 2wks now and results are nt too bad, especially the Enzy-Blend which really helped in my digestive system. I'm still waiting for the Amino-Blend & Viri-Blend to take effect. I would say it has improved my overall health and i feel more fresh but might be a placebo effect. Gotta take for a longer period and see how it goes. Will definitely order from iherb again

I assume these are good due to the level of ingredients being not over or under compounded. However, I do not 'feel' any difference. I assume they are doing what they should. Old recommendations were to avoid vitamin suppliments and eat right and one will get what they need, then 'they' said, maybe with the typical American diet, vitamins may be beneficial, now 'they' say no as you consume too much with diet and suppliments. There are limits on fat soluable vitamins; like D and E. Mega vitamins are to be avoided. Too much A is bad for the liver, K creates clots, Niacin is hard on the liver, beta carotene can turn you yrllow or orange. These ingredients seem reasonable, the pills are large, require 2-3 a day, taste bad. But I'll keep taking them and see how I feel. They do not seem any better than Kirkland Signature Vitamins (compare to Centrum) that are once a day, so far. I will update but be aware 'everything in moderation', including moderation. What is recommended today is often found bad over time. I am a doctor and I am skeptical of additives and changes to nature. Vitamins may be natural, but so is the most toxic poison in the world; botox. Natural does not mean safe.
