I have a lot of muscle aches and will not take any kind of RX muscle relaxant and this sure does the trick with no brain and/or after effects.

Great Mixture for Relaxation and Calming

I like this product. It's a very good combination of herbs that help me calm down and well as sleep better when used in combination with sleep herbs.
