Not sure if I feel anything, but I know it's good for me, so I'll keep taking it with applejuice once or twice a day.

Good, but not great

The greens in here are good, the ones they have in it, but in my opinion, very skimpy, especially with the sea vegetables with only two. Was hoping for more, and as far as the taste goes, it will make you grimace while going down the hatch. Maybe squeezing your nose shut will help. Will not buy again.
