Real time sports drink

Purchased at iHerb

My 2 sons have used Accelerade for the past three years while cycling & playing football. Works great alone mixed in water or is excellent mixed in other sports type recovery drinks. Used in real time during an activity helps keep them going. It makes a notable difference in them if they don't use it.

not bad

I only use this on days that I work out hard. THe taste isn't bad, but does take getting used to. Not very sweet and doesn't mix the best. But it does help with after-workout crashes. Keeps you going and that is the point of the product!
