Not sure I'm receiving benefit

I'm not sure I'm receiving benefit from the spray by swallowing. I used to be on B-12 shots as I was symptomatic for CFS and the color is exactly the same. I am no more nor no less energetic-feeling than before I began using this supplement. I will continue using it for now and see if there are improvements as I continue my weight-loss plan.

This spray is really good tastes ok - only problem is the size of each spray which means I can get through a bottle quite quickly

This product did not feel that good too me. Hard to pinpoint exactly what I did not like, but I used it a couple of times then I stopped using it. I will look for other sources of B12.
