EXCELLENT! Combined with probiotics, this product really does the job as long as you cut out sugar (any form), too many processed carbs, and eat more fiber and vegies and drink lots of water,

Been taking this for a week. The hard part is that you are instructed to take one a half hour before each meal. So you have to plan ahead and make sure that your stomach is really empty and that you can put off eating for 30 minutes. This isn't always possible around here...or, I start eating and realize that I forgot to take it. I am feeling a little better in my intestines--bloating seems to be gone.
