Usually this is just enough lift to keep me going through the evening. No jitters but don't take it past 4 pm though if you want to sleep, unless you want to stay up late.

I've been taking these energy pills for over a year and can really tell a difference in the way I feel. I've just started my 85 year old father on them, too.
