These are the vitamins my midwife recommended, she said the majority of women do better on this type of prenatal then the other brands.

i liked the prenatal allot because i had the worst nausea and still could continue with these once. Its just one tablet a day. The only concern i have is it has just 250 gm calcium in it but at the same time you are not suppose to take more than 250 gm at one time. So you will have to full fill your rest of the calcium need from your diet or another supplement.

I have been taking these vitamins for 8 months now to get ready for pregnancy. My nails and hair are so strong. I will continue to use these vitamins forever. They are so balanced and I do not get sick from them.

1 bottle is enough to last me many months. Good to take this even when not pregnant/nursing. Value for money multivit.
