I have always been someone who easily stresses out, to put mildly, but this product has really helped me when stressful situations arise which for someone like me, that is more often than not. I am also very shy since encountering new things stress me as well and this has also helped with that. It took a few weeks to really see it take effect but well worth the wait. I love this stuff.
