In addition to being organic and chlorine free, these pads don't contain any toxic chemicals, dyes or fragrances, which makes them more breathable and less likely to cause irritation and itching. They are ultra thin and absorbent, have a great fit, stick well (unlike Natracare pads) and offer excellent leak-free protection. Something I've been looking for for a long time. Glad I found them. Definitely one of my favorites.

Good, but not Natracare

These are very sturdy, absorbent pads, but they consist mostly of plastic, and I found they bothered by sensitive nether regions after so long using Natracare. Natracare might cost a bit more but they are much more environmentally and body friendly. Unfortunately they don't stick as well since the adhesive is also earth-friendly. But it's worth it if you suffer yeast infections or are sensitive like me.

These are great! I hate chemicals/synthetics and don't want to compromise on a good experience/comfort so have been very pleased with these. Compared to other natural disposable pads I've tried these are the best.
