Cinnamon keeps your blood sugars balanced - so be sure to have it with sweet things. For example - cinnamon toast with brown sugar! In a sweet hot drink - yum!

Use them in sweet and savoury dishes. Simply organic is great. I have many items from them.
My aunt takes them (along with some meds and supplements) and they have helped to control her blood sugar levels.
The best cinnamon I've ever tasted!

I've always loved cinnamon as long as I can remember. I thought all cinnamon was the same and never even considered there could be such differences in taste, until....I tried this brand! I am still amazed at the natural sweetness this cinnamon has and how much better it taste than what I ever had before. Cinnamon has many beneficial health properties, so if you want something that taste good and is good for you I highly recommend Simply Organic cinnamon! Enjoy spicing up your life!! :)
