Tastes like real turmeric, use a few shakes in OJ with a tiny dash of white pepper to support the liver. Also said to be good for inflammation as antioxidant support. Most economical compared to caps and will last a long time, for pennies a serving.

카레에 넣어서 먹고..볶음요리나 찌개에 조금씩 첨가해서 먹어요~ 강황이 몸에 좋은데 먹을 기회는 많이 없어서 양념이 많이 들어가는 음식에 조금 넣고 먹어요. 그닥 맛이 많이 느껴지지 않을 만큼요^^
