Best capsule form of L-methionine. Doesn't have a megadose of Pyridoxine like the NOW version does, however I do take this with P5P (safer than pyridoxine) to prevent homocysteine build up. Solgar is also a brand you can trust.

I like this methionine because there are no added ingredients (such as B-6, etc). The glass bottle is an added plus.
