As usual, a very product with the right dose (550 mg)for an effective effect without an excessive inhibition of others B vitamin and cysteine. It's better to take this supplement with sulfur additionnal complements like L-cysteine (500 mg) and MSM (about 1000mg); For an optimal effect in the hair's coloration it's interesting to add the amino acid L-Tyrosine (500mg).

the PABA is very good, but, living in the Netherlands, you have to consider that it will take 3 weeks for things to arrive by the normal way. If that is no problem, the seller and the products are very okay.
