Since taking HCL with Pepsin, I have far less nausea, indigestion and bloating.

I love these, easy to have in my handbag to take if I've had a big protein meal. They don't reflux, and I don't taste the porcine ever again like with other digestive enzymes.

The product is very good, but delivery of 68 days seems very long.

Gave good digestion and relieved the tummy almost immediately.

I am using this as a digestive aid, but I also noticed that it has been excellent for acid reflux.
It's acid you need, not antacid!

After many years of indigestion & being prescribed antacids (which made my health much worse!) I tried betaine hydrochloride & pepsin. I am doing so much better, if only my doctor was more accepting of this highly effective natural remedy!
Better For You Than "TUMS"~

I have been using Betaine HCL w/Pepsin for many decades now. This particular formula contains a very good ratio of the HCL w/Pepsin. I highly recommend using this supplement instead of the standard OTC meds that most folks turn to for heartburn/sour stomach relief. Using this product will prevent those conditions from ever occurring in the first place. Try it and see!

These seem to be more effective than capsules, however they are harder to swallow - I take 3 or 4 at a time - and they smell and taste bad!!! (I was taking up to 8 capsules in one swallow with no problem - but like I said caps were less effective). Anyway, I have been able to cut the dosage back as you see, so for me these work better.
