I think this is a close 3rd to NOW's Chromium GTF and other chromiums I have used. I will continue to use the NOW brand of choice. These pills are also tiny and very slippery when you take 8 at a time with other herbs. It is very easy to loose them and if you mix diabetic herbs as I need to. The Chromium Amino Acid looks just like this pill, so count carefully.
